Ruth D. Kline, widow of Daniel E. Kline, daughter of John and Esther (Matchett) Douglas went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 22, 2015.
Surviving are her two daughters Danelle and husband Joseph Malesic, Shelly Weaver and companion Lee Schisler, grandchildren Scott and Danielle Weaver, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by her two sisters Anne Smith and Eleanor Brewer and brother John Douglas.
Ruth enjoyed her family and friends. She loved singing, dancing and the outdoors. Ruth was Miss Pennsylvania of 1948. She was a member of Crosspoint United Methodist Church, the red hat society and exercising at the Madden.
Her joy of life will be missed by all.
Join us to celebrate her life at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at her church 430 Colonial Road, Harrisburg. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to time of service, followed by a reception in the church.
Burial will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
