Born November 8, 1951in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late David L. Fultz and Margaret (Shirk) Fountain.
She is survived by her sister, Brenda Deamer (Ron); and 2 nephews, Chris Caldwell and Shawn Caldwell.
Vicki was the owner and operator of the House of Hair; Harrisburg and she was a member of the Paxton United Methodist Church.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
