A daughter of the late Paul Lee and Fannie Mae Armentrout Shelton, she was born on December 7, 1944 in Harrisonburg.
Audrey graduated from Montevideo High School in 1963 and had many hobbies including crafts and reading.
She is survived by two daughters, Jenny Moyers (Jeff), of Winchester and Rebecca “Becky” Tacy (Rick), of Staunton; five grandchildren, Natasha, C. L. (Sami), Hunter, Cheyenne (Kameron) and Hannah Grace (Scott); two great-grandchildren, Layne and Mason; a special friend, Connie Maugans, of Staunton and a special niece and nephew, Joe and Linda Rhodes, of Mt. Crawford.
She will be cremated and her cremains will be buried at a later date in the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery in Harrisonburg.
Those desiring to do so, may make memorial contributions to Serenity First Hospice, 4915 Fitzhugh Avenue, Richmond, Virginia, 23230, in her memory.
