She was born on September 23, 1939, in Harrisonburg, VA. A daughter of the late C. Beatrice Kerlin Stidley and J. Walter Stidley.
Bonnie graduated from Harrisonburg High School in 1957 as Valedictorian and from Madison College in 1961, she taught math at Annandale High School until retirement. She was a long-time member of Muhlenberg Lutheran Church.
She is predeceased by her brother, James Robert Stidley, “Bud” (Lew Ann) Stidley and nephew, Jay Stidley, Jr.; her sister, Helen Stidley Smith (Ray).
She is survived by her niece and two nephews; three great nieces and three great nephews; three great-great nieces and five great-great nephews.
The family will receive friends 10 – 11 am, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg; a funeral service will follow at 11 am, with Pastor Lauren Eanes officiating. Burial will be in Woodbine Cemetery.
