Mr. Buddy Wilson Baugher

He was born and raised in the Elkton area, but has lived the last 20 years in Norfolk.

Buddy served five years in the Navy. He was a meticulous brick layer, working for Neilson Construction, R. G. Reeves and several other companies finally working for himself.

He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Jane Dean and husband, Gary; a granddaughter, April Nicole Shifflett-Phillips and husband, Jonathan; a sister, Maxine Hilbert and husband, Billy; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons, Mitchell Shawn Baugher and Mark Wayne Baugher; and a sister, Mary Alice Dean.

The family will receive friends 6-8 pm, Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.

A graveside service will be held 11 am, Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Carter Dean officiating.
