He was born on February 25, 1936, in Mt. Clifton, VA and was the son of the late Charles L. Biller, Sr. and Dorothy M. (Eaton) Biller.
Charles was a member of St. James UMC and worked for McQuay for 38 years before retiring. He enjoyed farming.
On January 27, 1962, he married Ellen Brenda (Shifflett) Biller, who preceded him in death on March 26, 2009.
He is survived by two daughters, Deborah Mongold of Harrisonburg, Nancy Bassett (Daniel) of Port Republic; one son, Chuck Biller (Kristina) of Weyers Cave; grandchildren, Christopher Bassett, Karl Mongold, Nathaniel Bassett, Sarah Mongold, Joel, Micah and Carson Biller; great-grandchildren, Selah Bassett, Harper Kate and Laney Mongold; one sister, Edna Garrett of Staunton; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by son-in-law, Gary Mongold; sister, Louise Hartman; brothers, Raymond, David and Henry Biller.
The family will receive friends 5-7 pm, Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Lindsey Funeral Homes, in Harrisonburg.
A funeral Service will be held 2 pm, Sunday, November 8, 2026, at St. James UMC with Rev. Dr. Patricia Meadows and Rev. Ed Pruitt officiating. Private burial will be at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
