Diane Ruth Kinzley

A daughter of the late Darrell Wayne and Doris Bridleman Kinzley, she was born on Sept. 18, 1948, in Mitchell, S.D. She had also made her home in Minneapolis, Minn., and had been living in the Harrisonburg area since 1999.

Miss Kinzley graduated from Dakota Wesley University and had formerly been employed in the dining hall at Eastern Mennonite University. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and the P.E.O. Sisterhood.

She is survived by a sister, Denice Whitman of Harrisonburg; two nieces, Andrea Ray and her husband, Steve, of Harrisonburg, and Alyson Manoukian and her husband, Mark of Upper Arlington,OH; one great-nephew, Brendan Ray; and three great-nieces, Amanda Ray, Zoe and Lily Manoukian; one aunt, Evelyn Whitney of Rapid City, S.D.; and many cousins.

A graveside service will be held at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Dr. E. Thomas Murphy Jr. officiating.

The Lindsey Harrisonburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The casket is closed to the public.
