Emma Grace Kerr

Emma Grace Kerr passed peacefully from the arms of her loving parents on October 7, 2021. She was born at 9:08 pm and met the eyes of Jesus at 11:12 pm the same day. Emma was the daughter of Jack and Christy Kerr. Her life was a brief gift to us and during her short time here on earth she touched many lives. Emma experienced holding hands with mommy and daddy, hugs and kisses and being told “I love you” an uncountable amount of times. Emma is loved deeply by her mommy and daddy, big sister Annabelle, grandparents, her aunts and uncles, her cousins and many others. Emma will always remain her parents’ precious baby and they will hold her again in heaven one day. She is survived by one sibling, Annabelle Kerr. Her paternal grandparents are Keith Kerr of Staunton, VA and Mary Sue Kerr of Churchville, VA; and maternal grandparents Gary and Peggy Huffman of Weyers Cave. A private memorial service will be held October 16, 2021 at Pleasant Valley Church of the Brethren with a reception to follow at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
