Ivy graduated from Harrisonburg High School and was an USDA Inspector for more than 30 years. She enjoyed cooking and was vice president of USDA Union.
She is survived by a son, Blayke Price; one grandchild, Nariya Price-Johnson; a sister, Sonya Corbett and husband, Joseph, all of Harrisonburg; a special aunt, Shirley Howard of Staunton; her cat, Diamond; and numerous cousins.
In addition to her parents, her grandmother, Helen Price preceded her in death.
A Home Going service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 18, 2024 at First Baptist Church, 611 Broad Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia, with Rev. Costella Forney officiating. According to her wishes, she will be cremated.
