Even though I didn't really know Joe but I surely knew his spouse Crystal!
Crystal was one of our branch mangers at Rockingham National Bank, prior to all the mergers, when I was a Vice President responsible for the Retail side of the bank.
Crystal and my spouse Darlene were the dearest of friends and had lunch very often somewhere in our city. Kept in touch until Darlene passed away 20 June 2012 due to cancer.
Somehow I missed his death, as I was very ill at the time and later hospitalize. It has taken many weeks for me to recover from this situation.
