He was born in Trenton, NJ on April 17, 1937 and was the son of the late James and Barbara Stout Hughes.
James moved to Fulks Run from New Jersey about six months ago.
He is survived by his son, Tommy Hughes of Fulks Run, four grandchildren, Crystal, Matthew, Tommy, and Kimberly; three brothers, and one sister; and the mother of his children, Mavis Womack of Fulks Run.
He was preceded in death by a son, James Hughes, a sister Marie, and a step-son, Calvin Womack.
