Jennifer Lynn Cain

She was born October 26, 1971 in Winchester and was the daughter of the late John Benjamin Lee Roberts and Georgia Cain.

Jennifer had lived her entire life in Harrisonburg and was employed at George’s Inc. for more than ten years.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her eight children, Traquan Powell, Rudykia Powell, Nitahji Alfred, Neilunia Porter, Neil Pacheco, Neilliza Porter, Neiljari Porter, Asjole Cain; an adopted daughter Jojuana Moore; four grandchildren, Jayveion and Jayceion Cain, Lamahjae and LaZaireon Boone; two sisters, Loretta Roberts-Bonds and Jan Roberts; two brothers, Benjamin and John Cain; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Brown.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 8:00 pm, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.

Dr. Franklin Roberts will conduct a funeral service Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 11:00 am at Lindsey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Newtown Cemetery.
