He was born on January 30, 1928 in Harrisonburg and was the son of the late Thomas Owen and Virginia Zirkle Brock.
Mr. Brock was a lifelong resident of Harrisonburg and graduated from the University of Virginia with degree in Architecture. In 1950 he served two years with The Infantry School at Fort Benning, GA. He was associated with Virginia Craftsmen for 40 years and retired in May 1991.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia White Brock; son, Stephen Parker Brock; daughter, Virginia Ann Brock all of Harrisonburg; a granddaughter, Morgan Paige Brock of Culpeper; his dog and two cats.
Mr. Brock desired that there be no funeral service and that his body be cremated.
