My Grandmother Nancy was tough as nails, she was simply the strongest yet gentle person I have ever known. I can’t believe she’s gone, even though I helped my own Mother (Nancy’s only daughter Debbie) care for her in her final weeks up until her last breath, I still can’t believe she left us. Words can’t even begin to explain how shattered I am that I won’t see her face every single day. If you looked up Grandma in the dictionary, there you’d find a picture of my beloved mama bear, Grandma Nancy. I still feel her in my heart. But I want her back, she was my rock, my safe place.

Nancy loved and served so many during her life.

2 Timothy 4:7 says I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

That was Nancy, we will miss her and know she is with her Lord and Savior.

Our prayers are with her family and friends.

Nancy was a wonderful neighbor to us for over 20 years. One delicate looking tough cookie who mowed her steep yard, and would walk to the corner grocery in 4 ft of snow. She and Bob were a beautiful couple, married for many years; good folks. I'm glad she hung on through Mother's Day to be with her family, who loved her very much. She was a fine lady.

There’s a special place in all of our hearts for our mothers, just like there’s a special place in every mother’s heart for her children. You must continue to carry her memory in that special place in your heart. I am sincerely sorry for the loss of your mother.
