She was born on March 29, 1954 and was the daughter of the late James and Goldie Knighten Eavers.
Patricia attended Harrisonburg High School and lived all of her life in the Harrisonburg area.
She is survived by a daughter, Bobby Hoover, a son, James Hoover both of Harrisonburg, two grandchildren, Sa’myah and Shay Hoover, a sister, Bonnie Sites of Harrisonburg and the father of her children, Luther Watson of Elkton.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM, Saturday, March 19, at the Chapel of the Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg, with Rev. Clarence Moyers officiating.
