He was born on June 10, 1968, in Roanoke, Virginia and was the son of Debra Sue Brumfield and the late Donald E. Brumfield.
William was previously employed with Our Community Place, before becoming disabled.
He is survived by a son, Noah Brumfield; a daughter, Emma Dovel; his partner, Holly Allen; brother, Donald “Glenn” Brumfield (Carrie); sisters, Chafin Vrolijk (Drew) and Lori Tripp (Brad).
Honoring his wishes, he was cremated and there will be no services.
