Bill was born on November 13, 1930 in Illinois and was the son of the late William and Jessie (Shand) Falconer.
Bill graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree and he served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was employed in sales with Abercrombie and Fitch, a railway shipping company and fundraising with WMRA.
Bill was a home handyman with a wry sense of humor. He enjoyed all genres of music, dancing and gourmet foods. He also loved the beach and camping.
Bill is survived by his husband, Gregory “Andy” Moyer of McGaheysville; a niece, Janet Suarez of Schamburg, IL; and three grand nephews, Dan, Drew and Troy Suarez.
Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Nally.
Honoring Bill’s wishes, he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date at his residence.
