

William Eric Trimiew Sr., 50 of Rockingham, Virginia was ushered into the presence of the Lord on October 12, 2023. William Eric Trimiew Sr., was born June 19, 1973 to Bonita Suzanne Trimiew in Richmond, Virginia.
As a teenager William accepted the Lord as his personal Lord and Savior at Jubilee Christian Fellowship in Richmond, Virginia under the leadership of the late Stan Maclin Sr. as the Senior Pastor and associate Pastors Carl Stauffer and Nathaniel Jefferson.
While in Richmond, Virginia, William got his education within the Richmond Public Schools, until he moved to Peoria, Illinois, where he continued the remainder of his education, and received his GED. Over the years, William held numerous sales and service positions with companies such as, Avis, Hertz, Tysons, Associated Distributors, Premium Retail Services and Massanutten Resort as an Owner Specialist.
William Eric Trimiew, Sr. married his endless love Sharhonda Maclin on December 2, 1995. They were married for 27 years.
He was preceded in death by his mother Bonita Suzanne Trimiew; Grandparents, Conway I. Trimiew and Dorothy E. Trimiew; uncles Basim S. Akbar and Conway I Trimiew, III and his father in law Stanley Maclin Sr.

Trimiew of Richmond, Virginia; His aunts, Sharon Akbar of Richmond, Virginia, and Gordonette Trimiew of Richmond, Virginia; his Nieces, Teekesha J. Trimiew, Shea N. Trimiew, Sharonda R. Trimiew, Lawanda B. ( Brittany) Trimiew, Shannon R. Johnson, Makayla Johnson, Kiarra Z. Trimiew, Sheree T. Trimiew, Timonica S. Trimiew, Sherida T. Trimiew, Katimala Trimiew, and Jada Trimiew; his nephews, David L. Trimiew and Timothy L. Trimiew.
Also cherishing his memory from his wife’s side, his mother in law, Diana Maclin, his brothers in law, Stanley (Shamra) Maclin Jr. of Peoria, Illinois, and Emmanuel Maclin Sr. of Harrisonburg, Virginia. His sisters in law, Enica (Theodore) Maclin-Whitelow of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Bertha Maclin of Rockingham, Virginia, and Alexandria ( Derek) Chaudhuri of Rockingham, Virginia; His nephews, Macio Maclin Tooley, Emmanuel Maclin Jr., Alexander Maclin, Theodore Whitelow-Maclin, TyRese Maclin-Whitelow, Xavier Maclin-Whitelow, Seven Maclin, Zachariah Chaudhuri, and Kingstan Maclin; His nieces, Xykia Maclin, Zaianna Maclin, Anadia Maclin, Faith Chaudhuri, Emerald Chaudhuri, and Serenity Maclin.
Also cherishing his memory, devoted friend Antoine Carroll. William was a person who knew no strangers and if you had that honor and privilege to know him, we know that you will cherish his memory as well.

The visitation will be held on Monday from 11:00am-3:00pm at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
The memorial services will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Mennonite Church, located at 400 Kelly Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia. Officiating will be Minister Jerilyn Schrock and the eulogy will be done by Minister Marvin Roane.
