Wilson Arthur Cook

A son of the late John H. and Mary C. Ritchie Cook, he was born on June 26, 1960 in Rockingham County. He had formerly made his home in Harrisonburg and lived in Mt. Crawford for the past 15 years. Mr. Cook had worked for Reddy/Casco ice manufacturing company.

He is survived by three brothers, Johnny Cook of Mt. Crawford; William Cook of Port Republic; and Lloyd Cook and his wife, Beverley, of Grottoes; and four sisters, Virginia Kyger and husband, Charles of Mt. Crawford; Brenda Crawford of Staunton; Mildred Kimble and husband, Gene, of Penn Laird; and Dorothy Good of Harrisonburg; and a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Velma Lutz and a brother, Paul Cook.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 Tuesday morning, July 30, 2013 in the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. The Lindsey Harrisonburg Funeral Home will conduct the services.

Donations may be made to the Lindsey Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
