Yvonne Kubecki Norway

She was born on April 19, 1939 in Fredericksburg, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Audrey Gallahan Kubecki.

Yvonne graduated from Anacostia High School in Southeast DC; she was employed with W. D. Campbell Company before retiring and was a den mother with the cub scouts. In June 2006 she moved to Harrisonburg, VA from Ft. Washington, MD, where she lived for 35 years.

In 1962 she married Albert J. Norway, Jr., who survives.

Also surviving is a son, Douglas C. Norway & wife, Juanita of California, MD; two granddaughters, Ashlee and Shannon Norway; one great-granddaughter, Breanna Rispoli, and a great-grandson, Joseph Rispoli.

A memorial service will be held at Strite Auditorium at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community at a later date.
