Barbara served this grateful nation by enlisting in the Army Reserves. She obtained her license as an Esthetician and aspired to become a Casino Dealer. Barbara was a lover of animals; especially her fur-babies Lady and Shemare.
Barbara was preceded in passing by her husband Dr. Eddy Shell, father Heinrich Schneider, and mother Marianne Schneider.
Left to cherish Barbara's memory will be her daughter Tamara Harper and son-in-law Charles Outlaw, three grandsons: James Harper, Jr., Jaylen Harper, and Jackson Outlaw, along with many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
I would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to family and friends for their thoughts, prayers and love during this difficult time.
