Betty Vice
September 11, 1939 – October 12, 2026
IN THE CARE OF
Our beloved mother crossed through the gates of heaven on October 12, 2026, joining her beloved husband John Henry, and son Greg, along with a host of loved ones.
Left to cherish her memory is her son John (Bo) Vice, daughter Sonja Vice and husband Robert Horton, grandson Kolton Vaughan and wife, Caroline, sister Brenda Hale and family, and special niece Marta Roper and family.
A graveside celebration of Betty's life will be on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 3:00 pm. at Martin Cemetery, FM 3231, Panola County, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to one of Betty's favorite charities: Shriners Hospitals for Children (2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607), in gratitude for their years of tender care of her brother Damon; or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
