Billie was a homemaker and a real “people person” who never met a stranger. Her pleasant personality was a joy to be around. She is truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Bennie Ebarb and Connie Sullivan Ebarb. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Rutledge; her two children, Raven Joe Reign Rutledge and Cameron Leif Rutledge; grandson, Taytum Oakley Rutledge; her brothers, John Sullivan, Ben Ebarb and Jesse Ebarb; and her sister, Nancy Traylor. She is also survived by her niece and nephew, Alicia Kay Kuchar and Robert Earl Traylor.
