Bossier City, LA - Services celebrating the life of Carl Brown, 65, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Reverend Jeremy Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends at 1:00 p.m., prior to the service.
