Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Carlene Hilliker, 81, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Central Assembly of God “Church of the Cross”, officiated by Bro. Ken Richmond. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.
Carlene was a Christmas Baby, born on December 25, 1938, in St. Joseph, MO. to Jasper and Lulu Fuller. She left this life on March 10, 2020, breaking the hearts of all who loved her.
A "Grand Dame", Carlene was her own woman, marching to the beat of her own drum. She was full of sass, fun, and more than anything else, she was filled with the Lord Jesus! Working as the receptionist for Hill Crest Funeral Home provided Carlene the opportunity to do what she did best, care for others. Not only will she be missed by her own family, but her Hill Crest family can't imagine a day without her!
Carlene was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin "Ben" Hilliker. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Perry Patrick Spain and wife Je Yol, and Duane Danny Marbut and wife Connie; sister, Lucy Viola "Bunny" White; brothers, John L. Fuller and wife Bonnie, and Marion Fuller; six grandchildren, William Patrick Spain, Stephanie Nicole Johnson, Alyse Molbert, Kristen Marie Kenny, Dean Anthony Spain, and Hae In Heath; along with numerous extended family.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Central Assembly of God “Church of the Cross”, or to the charity of choice.
