A service to celebrate the life of Charles R. Griffin will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel at 2:00 p.m. He was born on September 13, 1936 in Belton, South Carolina and passed away on December 2, 2014 in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Charles retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Tech Sargent. He also retired after 20 years as an LPN with the Willis Knighton Health System
He was preceded in death by his father, John Charles Griffin, mother, Lola Dell Kelly Griffin, brother, Joe Griffin and spouse, Betsy Ann Butterworth Griffin.
Charles is survived by his children, Elizabeth Dell Deaton, Wayne Griffin, James Griffin and Charles Ray Griffin, II and grandchildren, Robert Long, Mason Griffin, Lauren Griffin, Keri Ann Griffin, Dalton Griffin and Daniel Deaton.
