Clara "Sandi" Wilson Crafts Lairson

Clara "Sandi" Wilson Crafts Lairson, age 79, of Bossier City, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025, surrounded by loved ones in the comfort of her home. Sandi was born in Fouke, Arkansas on Thursday, October 10, 1946, to the late Lloyd Wilson and Ruth Smith Hart.

Sandi enjoyed painting during spare time and was a lover of all God's creatures. She will be missed and never forgotten.

Sandi was preceded in passing by her parents; one brother Louis Wilson; an infant daughter; her husband Loyd Lairson; and her best friend Karen McLemore.

Left to cherish Sandi's memory will be her sons: Randall "Randy" Crafts; James Lairson (Leza); Joe Lairson (Dee); one brother Danny Wilson (Jennifer); two granddaughters: Madison and Makenzie. Sandi leaves behind her bonus family as well; her caregivers Joan and John Farley; their children: Tammy Sullivan, Mike Farley; grandchildren: Danyelle, JC, Liam, Felicity, Tucker; two great-grandchildren, along with extended family and many wonderful friends.

There will be a celebration of life service for Sandi at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 31, 2025, in the chapel of Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, 601 Hwy 80, Haughton, Louisiana 71037 with Danny Wilson officiating. The family will receive guests from 10:30 AM until time of service to share memories.

Interment will immediately follow on the grounds of Hill Crest Memorial Park, 601 Hwy 80, Haughton, Louisiana 71037.

The family would like to extend their warmest gratitude to the Bossier Parish Police and Fire Departments for their professional care, and empathy expressed during this great time of sadness.
