Helen E. Hilton

Celebration of Life service for Helen E. Hilton will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel and Memorial Park, 601 Highway 80 Haughton, Louisiana on May 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Pastors James and Kay Gilbert will be conducting the service. Visitation will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Mrs. Hilton was a member of the Cowboy Outreach and Arena of Life Church. She was an intricate member in her Church Group and a wonderful gardener in her back yard. She is survived by her husband Jessie F. Hilton, Sr. and three children, Jesse F. Hilton, Jr., Randall L. Hilton, and her daughter Tamera S. Hilton. Pallbearers will be family and church members.

This author finds great difficulty in conveying the heart and soul that was provided to all that encountered her. Family was paramount yet she had such a wealth of compassion capable of crossing many boundaries. Her selfless outlook shined providing comfort, faith, and confidence each time she spoke. She epitomized the teachings of the Bible and the conduct of a Christian. Her concern and prayers for others could be compared to an occupation yet better said a way of life. Her ability to address the little things with as much passion as a crisis was nearly the status of an Angel. She was loved and respected by so many people, family, friends, and acquaintances alike. She will be missed and always remembered as someone that truly cared. Her Spirit lingers in the lives of so many thankful for being a part of her life.
