Herman Joseph Juneau

SHREVEPORT LA- Mass of Christian Burial services for Herman J. Juneau, 87, will be held on Saturday August 25, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Berchmans Cathedral with Msgr. Carson LaCaze officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will be receiving visitors on Friday August 24, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a vigil starting at 6:30 p.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel.

Herman was born on May 27, 1925 in Moreauville Louisiana. He proudly served the United States in the U.S. Army Air Corp and made the transition to the United States Air Force. He is a veteran of WW II, Korean Conflict, and Vietnam. He retired from the Air Force in 1969.

Herman was preceded in death by his parents, Linus E. Juneau and Oline M. Norman Juneau and his wife Marcella T. Juneau.

He is survived by his daughter, Trudy Jones and husband Silas; sons, Steven Juneau and wife Darlene, James Juneau and wife Laurie. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
