Isaac "Ike" Parker

Ike was born in Mobile, Alabama on August 16, 1944. He joined the Air Force and served his country after graduation. He began a long career in maintenance at Frymaster's Corp. He loved camping, fishing, beach trips, and spending time with his family.

Ike was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma G. Parker; brother, Carey Parker; sister, Margaret Jolley and his niece, Christy Parker.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Glinda; son, Robert Parker; brother, Rickie Parker and wife Judy; nieces, Loretta Jolley, Shannon Allison and husband Tracy; his loving stepdaughters, Tonia Hawkins and husband Ken, Jana Carwile and husband Jason, and April Dobbins; grandchildren, Jonathon Frye, Jake Carwile, Jada Carwile, Alexis Clark, Jasmine Carwile, Madison Jenkins, Shelby Dobbins and Emily Dobbins; great-grandchildren, Layla and Parker Severance, Asher Acklin, Ryker and Jayden Clark; and great nieces, Baylee and Ainsley Allison.

A visitation for Ike will be held Monday, November 11, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm with burial at Hill Crest Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Huffy Acklin, Jonathon Frye, Jaime Clark, Skyler Severance, Jason Carwile and Jake Carwile.
