I am Betty Kovac Philley. Janice is my sister. I always wanted a sister and was so happy when she arrived at our house. The first Sunday night in church everyone wanted to love on her so we passed her down the pew and everyone would hold and love her. That love grew and Janice showered everyone in love all through the years. She always had a big heart and love for everyone. We could talk on the phone forever. At the end we always told each other “ I love you.” I cannot imagine no more phone calls. Anything I needed I could count on her. The Lord must have needed a “special angel” because he certainly picked one.

I have worked at Neal's Accounting & Tax Specialist for the past few years. Janice and I hit it off right away. Not only was she my Boss, she was my best friend. If I wasn't at work she would call and we would talk on the phone sometimes close to an hour. When I went to work and she was there, as soon as I got in the office she would start signing "Good Morning to you, and I would sign it also and then we would both sign Good Morning to YOU, at which time Danny would say, Don't give up your day jobs! The only comfort I have is that she is no longer in pain! I loved her like a sister and I will miss her forever!!
