Pennsylvania, and passed from this life on March 26, 2026, in Ft. Meyers, Florida. He served his country in the Air Force until retirement and later spent his civilian career as an X-Ray tech.
After fully retiring, Jay devoted his days to quiet joys—spending time with his wife, Setsuko, until her passing; growing tomatoes; working on computers; and watching movies.
Reserved by nature, Jay was a gentle, kind-hearted soul whose steady presence will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Irving and Freda Graff and his wife, Setsuko.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Stuart Graff, Brian Graff and wife, Robin and grandson, Kenji.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate Hospice Nurses who ensured Jay’s comfort in his final days, offering attentive care, touch therapy, and prayers for a peaceful transition.
