

LOCKESBURG, AR – Services celebrating the life of John B. Wynn, Jr., 86,will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel in Haughton, LA. A Graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Brownstown Cemetery in Brownstown, AR.
John was born in Prescott, AR to John B. Wynn, Sr. and Dellah Wynn and passed away in Bossier City, LA. John wore many hats. He began as a geologist and later worked many years as an electrician at the Louisiana Army Ammunition Plant. His first love was ranching, which he did until his passing. Affectionately known as “Big” by his grandchildren, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; John B. Wynn, Sr. and Dellah Wynn, wife; Ann Wynn, brother; Wallace Wynn and sister; Sue Wynn.
John was survived by children; Cindy Kelley and husband Alan, John Wynn and wife Francine and Wendy Hedrick and husband Richard, grandchildren; Kristen, Josh, Courtney, Zach, Casey, Donnie, Dusty, Chelsea, Austen, Clansey and Austin, sister; Martha McGee and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Brewer, Dusty Kelley, Austen Kelley, Austin Hedrick, Lee Robinson and John McKee. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Hedrick and Alan Kelley.
