Jolene Bryan Humphries

Jolene was born on January 30, 1930, in Pyote, TX to Merle and Evelyn Bryan. Jolene was preceded in death by her parents and son, Randall Lane Humphries.

She is survived by her son, Bryan Humphries and wife Linda of Conroe, TX. Also left to cherish her memories are her grandsons: Geoffrey Humphries, Jonathan Humphries, and Randy (Steamer) Humphries; granddaughters: Ashley Humphries and Jennifer Whitehurst; great granddaughters: Nichole Humphries, Courtney Humphries, Annabelle Humphries, Alexandra Humphries, and Emily Humphries; great grandsons: Alek Humphries, Noa Whitehurst and Kai Whitehurst.

Jolene graduated from C.E. Byrd High School in Shreveport and attended Louisiana State University and graduated from Centenary College.

She had several employments in the Newspaper industry including several in the Shreveport, LA. area.

Jolene was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. Her open heart, love for others, and her wonderful stories have touched those fortunate to have had Jolene in their lives.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Hill Crest Funeral Home in Haughton, LA. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park Cemetery in Haughton; LA. Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
