A Graveside Service will be held to celebrate the life of June Pinson at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Hill Crest Memorial Park.
Frieda "June" was born on August 17, 1940 in Shreveport, LA to Archie Pinson and Edgar Mae Johnson. She passed away peacefully on January 16, 2022 in Shreveport.
June loved listening to records and watching television. Her favorite shows were Lawrence Welk and Wheel of Fortune. She enjoyed time she spent with family visits and jobs she was given with C-BARC.
She was preceded in death by her father, Archie Pinson; mother and step-father, Edgar Mae and Eugene Clingan; sister, Jerri Blandino and brother-in-law, Mike Blandino and niece, Dani Cryer.
June is survived by her niece, Jeanna Spilker (Rick); nephew, Michael Blandino (Lisa); great niece, Rebecca Spilker; and great nephews, Rick Spilker, Jr., Josh Blandino and Jacob Blandino.
The family would like to thank Willis Knighton North ER Dept. and their nurse, Chez for the comfort and care they provided.
