She is preceded in death by her dad, Nelson King; mother, Marion Marks Hays; step mother, Bridia King and brother, Ronnie King. She was also welcomed by her loving and caring grandparents, B.J.R. King and “Grandmaw” LaFaye King and Hosea Marks and “Granny” Cleo Marks.
She is survived by her husband, Lee Davis who gave her daily loving care, with the help of their son, Brandon Davis. She was loved by her son Ivy Wayne Davis and wife Gina and three grandchildren from Coushatta, LA; sisters, Pat Brumley of Pearl, MS and Linda Waggoner of Jonesboro, GA; brother Jim Waggoner of Dickenson, TX and many loving cousins, friends and her beloved dog, Coco.
A memorial service will be held at Alabama Baptist Church, 14678 LA-151, Arcadia, LA 71001, on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at the Alabama Cemetery.
