Kelly was born November 1, 1971 at Barksdale Air Force Base, LA; and passed away May 31, 2012 in Shreveport. She was a resident of Haughton and a member of Simple Church.
Survivors include her mother, Monika Stoddard; father, Floyd Douglas Ison; sons, Cameron Chase Cain and Anthony Mathew Cain; and brother, Rick Ison.
