She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Futch and father, Billy Smith.
Kim is survived by her husband, Jeff Barton; daughters, Courtney Mushko (Eric Lovett) and Amber Playyer (J.P.); son, Cord Barton (Megan); grandchildren, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Khloe, Zoe and Whitlee; step-father, Tom Futch; sister, Selina Brooks and aunt, Marty Gassaway as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Per the request of Kim, no memorial services will be held.
