Kimberly was born on June 1, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri to the parents of Jerry Bennett Thompson and Patricia Madeline Tuck. Kimberly passed away on November 27, 2014 in Shreveport, Louisiana after a lengthy illness. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved to read. Kimberly was also a member of Central Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Stephanie Thompson. Kimberly is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Bobby Stanfill, son, Brandon Stanfill and wife, Lacie; daughter, Jessica Stanfill Dowden and husband James Dowden; sister, Iris Salley; brother, Mark Thompson; grandson, Remy Stanfill; granddaughters, Payton and Emma Dowden.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
