She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband, Jesse M. Ruybal, and her brothers, John Graham and Earnest Graham. She is survived by her children, Greg Ruybal (Lana), Marty Ruybal, Toni Johnson (Don), and Michael Ruybal (Celia); nine grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; brother, Dan Graham (Brenda), and sister, Charlotte Willis.
Born in Winter Garden, Florida, Margaret was lovingly raised an hour away in the town of Plant City, Florida, graduating from Plant City High School, Class of ‘54. Growing up, she displayed artistic talents through painting and ceramics.
In 1959, she married the love of her life and spent many years supporting Jesse’s military career in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force. As a military wife, she saw her role as a mission from God and created a home where everyone felt valued and loved.
Margaret worked briefly outside of the home as the Town Clerk of Haughton, Louisiana. Although she performed admirably in that role, her true “calling” lay in being a homemaker or, as she shared on her Facebook page, Queen at Full Time Domestic Engineer. She took great pleasure in being a loving wife to her wonderful husband, Jesse, a doting mother to their four much-loved children, Greg, Marty, Toni and Michael, and a devoted “Grandma” and great grandmother to her amazing grands and remarkable great grands.
