Marie "Dee" Coldren

Funeral Services celebrating the life of Marie “Dee” Coldren 83 will be held Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, Haughton, LA officiated by Father Karl Daigle, pastor of Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 30 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Dee was born April 14, 1932 in Spanish Lake, LA and passed away on December 28, 2015. She worked for Ellis Pottery for 34 years, retiring at the age of 82 due to her declining health. She was preceded in death by her parents Weiss and Laura Rosalles; grandson, Jeremy Nagel; great granddaughter, Harper Niles and 2 sisters, Melma Rosalles Wille and Thelma Rosalles Rodrigues.

She is survived by her sons, Richard Nagel and wife Dena, Russell Nagel and wife Wendylee; daughter, Ronda Arden; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; sister Fannie O’Con and husband Norey and numerous nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers will be Calvin Rosalies, Keith Gaudet, Kent Nagel, Richie Nagel, Dalton Nagel and Jerry Rodrigues. Honorary pallbearers are Jason Lawless and Ben Sholars.
