Matsy was born to Clarence and Clelie Vincent.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Evans with 66 years of marriage. Her 3 children: Clarence Evans(Barbara), Melonie Hill and Keith Evans(Nancy). Her 2 granddaughters: Emily Herron(Joseph) and Jodi Hill as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Clarence and Clelie Vincent, her sister, Kelly Jarreau and her sweet baby Julie Ann.
A visitation for Matsy will be held Monday, November 17, 2025 from 10:00-10:30 followed by the rosary at 10:30 and mass at 11:00 at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church 7738 Barksdale Blvd, Bossier City, LA 71112.
A celebration of her life will follow after mass in the church fellowship hall.
Matsy's vivacious nature and sass will be greatly missed by all. When she loved, she love BIG and sparkled everything she touched.
