Mike Lea

Funeral services for Mike Lea, 55, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2011 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Jean Bosco officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.

Mike was born November 8, 1956 in Munich, Germany and entered into rest December 14, 2011 in Bossier City. Mike had many friends who will miss him dearly. He was a longtime employee at Bob Post Chrysler Plymouth, Louisiana Downs, and recently worked at Bossier Storage.

Survivors include his son, Robert Lea; mother Norma Mays and husband Richard; father, Donald W. Lea; sisters, Sharon Barley, Toni Ford, Michelle Johnscher, Jodi Burr, and Tenli Tartaglia; aunt and uncle Wendy and Jim Moss, and cousin, Tara.

Mike never met a stranger. He was an A-1 mechanic, if it had a motor he could fix it. When someone needed help,

he was the first one there.

Pallbearers will be Mike Bates, Mike Quackenbush, Mark Neild, Richard Hart, and Jerry Trujillo.
