Mildred Moore Bullard

SHREVEPORT LA – Services for Mildred Moore Bullard, 89, will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 2:30 p. m. at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Dennis Aaron officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on the day of the service.

Mildred was born in Robeline Louisiana on September 9, 1924 and went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 10, 2014 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was a wonderful mother and the greatest grandmother .She loved to laugh and she never met a stranger. Her grandchildren said she gave the best kisses and made the best apple brownies and pineapple cookies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clement Moore and Mary Flores Moore; her husband, Cordell Bullard; brother, Gabrail Moore; sister, Hazel Light; grandson, John McIntyre. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory are son, Charles Bullard and wife Minnie; daughter, Mary McIntyre and husband John; grandchildren, Robert McIntyre and wife Jenny, Lisa Thomas, Mary Kathryn Daspit and husband Jimmie, Jennifer Hennigan and husband Mike and nine great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the 2nd floor doctors and nursing staff at Lifecare, Dr. Le, Dr. Reeves, Dr. Soeller and staff and Dr. Bryn, for their care and compassion.
