Patsy Carole Barron

Patsy married Richard Barron on March 8, 1969, in Farmerville. She spent 20 years touring with her husband in the Air Force and became a Registered Nurse. She worked as a RN throughout his career and retired as a nurse in 2003 when they moved to Haughton, LA. Pat truly loved life to the fullest through simple pleasures; visiting with friends and family, being a member of the Party Cats, a member of and supporting Eastwood Baptist Church. Pat had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep positive way.

She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Richard; two sisters, Jody Herrin and Karen Duty; two children, Amy and Brandon; two grandchildren, Bryan and Marlowe; and two great-grandchildren, Audrey and Adeline.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Pat touched are invited to attend a memorial service that will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Eastwood Baptist Church in Haughton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Eastwood Baptist Church: Now is the Time fund, 2810 Hwy 80, Haughton, LA 71037.
