She was born in Tullos, LA to Andrew and Bertie Nowlin. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 33 years, Raymond Morris. She is survived by her daughters Karen Ball, Sandra Ezell, son Ken Morris, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
