Peggy was born on September 13, 1963, and passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who will be deeply missed!
Peggy is preceded in death by her father, Robert Tubbs; and survived by her former husband and father of her children, William Herman; son, William Allen Herman; mother, Patsy Tubbs; sisters, Tina Pardue and Ambre' Lomas; brothers, Ernie Tubbs and Wesley Tubbs; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
