A memorial service will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 2:00 p. m officiated by Rev. Billy Pierce.
Ramon was born on October 10, 1938 in Bronx, New York. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Angelina Ocasio.
Ramon is survived by his wife, Patricia Carter Ocasio; sons, David Ocasio, Mark L. Ocasio and Iain Ocasio; and daughter, Mary Carter and son-in-law, Kevin Marshall; grandchildren, Kody Warden,Jake Crow, Michael Craver, Jaida Craver, and Caleb Ocasio; step-son, Sam Rennison
