Rethia Patricia Lindsey was born in Oberlin, LA on August 13, 1937 and passed away on March 25, 2017 in Bossier City, LA. She was a longtime resident of Bossier City. She was a manager and owner of several Exxon stations in the area.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert Hardy and Mary Odea Reeves; an infant son; brother, James Reeves and sisters Lola Brown and Beulah Young.
Rethia is survived by son, Robert Lindsey of Center, TX; daughters, Christine Ellard of Bossier City, LA and Janet Lindsey of Bossier City, LA; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Susan Brooks and brother, J.D. Reeves.
Visitation for friends and family will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Interment will be on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Hill Crest Memorial Park.
