Rhonda was born March 28, 1953 and entered into eternal rest on February 14, 2014 after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her mother Cloteal D. Kelly.
She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years Dana A. Scott, daughter Michelle Thomas, son Darien A. Scott, step father Bunny Kelly, sisters Pamela and Deborah, brother Tracy, grandchildren Michael, Marcus, Janna and other relatives and friends.
